The mission at Unite for HER is to enrich the health and well-being of those diagnosed with breast and ovarian cancers – for life – by funding and delivering integrative therapies. Unite for HER's vision is that every person with breast and ovarian cancers will feel the support of a loving community and will have access to comprehensive education, services, and tools that enrich their health and well-being.
This year, Unite for HER will serve over 5,300 individuals nationwide. They provide $2,000 worth of integrative therapies to those going through breast or ovarian cancer including unlimited personal nutrition consultations, Sun Basket Meal Service delivering nutritionist-selected healthy meals, a Lancaster Farms CSA Vegetable Share delivered over six weeks, virtual grocery shopping with nutrition consultations, cooking webinars featuring healthy recipes, acupuncture and oncology massage sessions, mental health services including counseling, support groups, and meditation, private strength fitness training, yoga, Reiki, and access to the Wellness On-Demand platform with a video library for exploring healthy living practices.
